Expired Admin Invite Links
Problem
You see an error when you attempt to accept an admin invitation by clicking on the invitation link.
Cause
The invitation link is not valid or has expired.
- Invitation links expire after seven days.
- Resending an invitation link invalidates the previous link, even if it had not expired yet.
- Deleting a pending invitation in the Pending Invites list invalidates the invite link.
Troubleshooting
You can find log messages for each time that admins sent, resent, or deleted admin invitations in the Activity Log at Configuration () > System Logs.
Solution
Resend the invitation link. The new link will be valid for seven days.
