Problem #

You see the following error at Billing > Gateway Log for a failed payment attempt using the Quantum Vault payment gateway module:

Missing the following: Ending /QGWRequest, Ending /Authentication, Ending /GatewayKey

Cause #

The Vault Key value contains an ampersand character (&).

Solution #

Remove the ampersand character (&) from the Vault Key value in the Quantum Vault dashboard and your Quantum Vault configuration at Configuration () > System Settings > Payment Gateways.
